By using the Fury Gaming website, WhatsApp service, event registration links or community services, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

Use the services lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or use Fury Gaming services for spam, fraud or harmful activity.

Events and registrations

Event availability, schedules, rules, prizes and eligibility may change. A submitted registration is not a guarantee of acceptance or participation. Event-specific rules and administrator decisions also apply. Cancellation requests may require review before a registration is changed.

Fury applications and partnerships

Submitting a player, team, creator, staff, sponsorship or partnership request does not create employment, membership, agency or commercial obligations. Fury Gaming may accept, decline or request more information about any submission.

Third-party services

Our services may link to or depend on Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Discord and other third-party platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Fury Gaming is not responsible for third-party availability or independent actions.

Content and branding

Fury Gaming names, logos, designs and original materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You remain responsible for content you submit and confirm that you have the right to provide it.

Availability and liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fury Gaming is not responsible for indirect losses caused by outages, third-party services, schedule changes, unauthorized activity or reliance on information that is later corrected.

Changes and enforcement

We may update these terms or restrict access when necessary to protect users, events and services. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
